Attack Of The Killer Spiders

Assuming that you are colorblind, have two clubbed feet, and come from a world where spiders wear bow ties, I’m going to take it easy on you since it’s quite obvious that you have it hard enough already.

  1. To the idiot that wrote this caption. You have no idea what real clubbed feet are, it is a true disbility and not one to be made fun of. Also, that isn’t a bowtie on the spider you idiot, that is the marking of a Black Widow spider whoes bite can make you extremely ill and can even kill you. Perhaps this child, though not a great artist had an encounter with such a spider and this is their way of dealing with it.

  3. I agree with Major Trouble, children tend to draw in stages, and that is just how they tend to draw feet at such a young age. If he does have a disability, then that’s good that he’s learning to accept it in his drawing. Also, I’m not an expert on spiders, but even I can tell you that’s a black widow spider marking, like the poster said above me. And like he said, maybe he was bit or almost bit, or someone he knew was, and he’s reliving it in the drawing.

  5. Politically correct captions are NOT what this site is about.
If you’re offended, best go elsewhere. There are many sites with rainbows and bunnies.

  6. KW on August 10th, 2011
  7. Yes, but this caption is stupid if only for its ignorance of the awesomeness of black widow spiders.

  8. Ross on August 10th, 2011
  9. To the idiot who wrote the caption…it’s not an hour glass. It’s the marking of a black widow spider.

  10. Heather on August 10th, 2011
  11. I agree with KW- people need to quit being so sensitive!

  12. Beatlegirl on August 10th, 2011
  13. I laughed at the ignorance of the caption too. It’s obviously a black widow except for one thing. Spiders have 8 legs. This one only has six + two antennae.

  14. Gary Jones on August 10th, 2011
  15. Since spiders don’t have antennae, those are legs. A bit too far forward, granted, but legs just the same. Sorry, the kid got it right.

  16. Aerogirl on August 11th, 2011
  17. I doubt the kid has clubbed feet, stop being so sensitive. And yes, it’s obviously a black widow, which do have “bowties” on them. Depending on the age this isn’t a terrible drawing either.

  18. Chas on August 11th, 2011
  19. I totally agree with Ross. And this comment wasn’t funny at all, so of course people are going to jump on it. Step up your game, OP.

  20. Arisa on August 11th, 2011
  21. I am going with the “legs” on the head are fangs not antenna and they forgot one pair of legs. I would have jumped on the fact the kid can’t count not that he likes bow ties or clubbed feet. This one is a serious F for the caption.

  22. awesome on August 12th, 2011
  23. the feet were obviously copied from a Charlie Brown comic strip, last I heard tracing wasn’t illegal

  24. Peanuts on August 12th, 2011
  25. well ya’ll all can whine and moan, i actually thought, at first glance, that some kid had drawn his family member with a monitoring ankle bracelet! And dont come to sights like this if ya’ll cant laugh. You read all the stuff on pow???????????

  26. crack me up on August 12th, 2011
  27. The idiot isn’t the kid that drew this pic, it’s the guy who wrote the caption for this. Seriously, duche!! Get a clue!!

  28. Mandy on August 13th, 2011
  29. I love a good laugh at others’ expense, especially get a kick at this kid’s art suck thing… But this kid has got it right and the laugh is on the “captioner”, not the “captionee”.

Immediately recognizable black widow spider. It also looks like a very good age-appropriate depiction of the feet/leg viewed from the back…

So loosen up about us thinking the caption is humorously off-the-mark…

  31. Dude… That’s a black widow. Those things are freaky. Kids know to stay the $%&# away from them. The proportions are off, but to a kid, the black widow bite is that of a bigger creature. Overall, the walking feet are pretty well-drawn. I don’t see club feet at all.

  32. Uhhhh on August 15th, 2011
  33. It’s quite entertaining to me, 14 year old, to watch (Probably adults) fighting over a dumb caption. I seriously hope you all are under the age of 10 cause that’s how a lot of you are acting about this!
Anyways, I’m assuming most of us clicked the comment button because of the “bowtie” thing. I wanted to point out that the kid was probably trying to draw a Black widow spider.
But it seems like that was covered now wasn’t it?
This website is meant for people to laugh and enjoy, can’t we just quit it with the ‘buzz killing’ arguing? :)

  34. Madeline on August 18th, 2011
  35. Heck, I was born with a club foot and I am not offended! Slap humor is the purpose of sites like this; if you get easily offended, don’t come here! Done.

  36. Angela on August 18th, 2011
  37. Um, duhhh, look at the spider. It’s blue and red. The kid was drawing the spider from Spiderman. Pretty good, too.

  38. The Morganator on August 18th, 2011
  39. to all you idiots calling the author who wrote the caption of this, if you knew anything about black widows that hour glass shape is actually on the UNDERSIDE of them therefore would not be visable if it were climbing up the leg. so his joke is accurate!and hello, THIS IS MEANT TO BE A JOKE/FUNNY. if you take it soooo personal by all means don’t look at the website.

  40. stacy on August 21st, 2011
  41. @Madeline and Angela: You two got the spirit of the thing! Man, some of the people writing comments are real pu–ies!

  42. Awesomely Bad! on August 22nd, 2011
  43. Oh Hell, I meant to say: PUSSIES! To all the whiny little girly-man pussies, please get the eff off this site!

  44. Awesomely Bad! on August 22nd, 2011
  45. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

  47. Hi, i think that i saw you visited my site thus i came to “return the favor”.I am attempting to find things to enhance my site!I suppose its ok to use some of your ideas!!

  48. hairstyles on August 27th, 2011
  49. yeah i wouldnt have minded except that it’s TOTALLY a black widow and his feet arent clubbed his shoes are too big dont you see the socks?

  50. Madeline on September 29th, 2011
  51. i agree with madeline this sh*t is hilarious (im 13) and his feet arent clubbed his shoes are too big dont you see the socks? it totally obvious.

  52. Madison on September 29th, 2011
  53. Kid’s probably way long dead by now anyway, since he/she had obviously been bitten by a very deadly spider at the time of drawing this.

  54. Jess on May 23rd, 2012
  55. Wait a sec… black widows have the hourglass on the underside. I do believe that may be a redback spider, a very poisonous spider that lives in Australia. Yep, kid’s dead for sure.
